Service Delivery Policy
FABX Labs provides software that runs in your browser. There are no physical goods, no courier and no shipping charges — for anyone, anywhere.
How the tools reach you
Every tool works as soon as the page loads, with no purchase, sign-up or waiting. Files you create are saved straight to your own device by your browser; we never hold them.
If a paid feature is purchased
- Access is immediate. Digital access is enabled as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
- A receipt and any licence key or download link are emailed to the address given at payment, within 24 hours.
- If access does not arrive within 24 hours, write to hello@fabxlabs.com with the payment reference and we will fix it or refund you (see Cancellation & Refund Policy).
- Nothing is shipped, so no delivery address is needed and no delivery charge applies.
Service availability
The site is served worldwide over HTTPS and works offline once a page has loaded. We do not promise uninterrupted availability; tools are experimental and provided as-is under our Terms.
